Event Description
Bingocize® is a 10-week (FREE!) health
promotion program that combines the game of
bingo with exercises, aimed to prevent falls. In
partnership with the North Central District Health
Department, we are bringing the program back to
Shelby County! Come play bingo, win prizes, and
meet new people while learning about techniques
to reduce falls.
We will meet twice a week, on Tuesdays and
Thursdays, starting on Tuesday, March 3, 2026,
at the Shelby County Extension Office for 10
weeks (the final day will be Thursday, May 7).
A flyer with all the meeting dates will be available
at the Extension Office and the Health
Department.
